Manage or cancel your Adelvina subscription
If you paid for Adelvina through Stripe, open the secure Stripe customer portal. Enter the email address you used at checkout. Stripe will email you a sign-in link.
- Open the sign-in link from Stripe.
- Select your Adelvina subscription.
- Choose Cancel subscription and follow Stripe’s confirmation steps to stop future renewals.
- Keep the confirmation email and check the end date shown in the portal.
Uninstalling the app does not stop a subscription renewal. If you cannot access the portal, cannot find your subscription, or need help with a cancellation, email support@adelpheconnect.co.uk from the email address used at checkout. Do not send passwords or full card details.
