Our Every Woman

Drop-in Session

Adelphe Connect believes in empowering women in every way possible. We offer the ‘listening joint’ drop-in session to help lessen life’s everyday challenges that can become a frustration and lead to stress. We like to think that our drop-in session helps to alleviate stress. Book your session now.

What Is It?

Our drop-in session is a face-to-face meeting with one of our listening staff. The session with you will last up to 45mins. You can discuss anything on your mind. From anything to everything, like, something not working out well at home or at work that you want to get off your chest. You can also use the session for personal reflection. You can say something or say nothing at all. It’s your free time and you are welcome to use it as you see fit. Our trained staff will listen patiently, or quietly support you by just being present and saying nothing. If you want, you may wish to invite them to discuss the issue with you to get some clarification on how they can support you. So, they may ask you a few questions.

Who is it for?

Adelphe drop-in session is a ‘listening joint’ where any female is free to attend to discuss with our professionals without fear of being judged. Our staff are passionate individuals that have empathy and would even hug you if you want.
